toupper()函数
C语言中，ctype.h库中的toupper()函数的主要作用之一就是将小写的字符字母转换为大写。toupper()函数的语法如下：
int toupper(int c);toupper()参数

| c | int字符，比如'f' |
toupper()返回值
字符的大写，如果传递的字符参数不是小写的字母，则返回原字符。
